Released and tested a fix to the Italy Tatics map, if you wish to download it you can do so from here Tbuyfixed_italy_tactik2.zip. If you wish to try it out it is currently loaded on one of my fave servers to play on, OFc Counter Strike Server One located at 78.129.134.9:27015 see you on there!

Added some links to Nem's Tools in the Tutorial Section of the site, also been playing with a map decompiler called VMEX. A few of my fave maps have bugs in that I want to fix for example Italy Tactics and its notorious buy zone bug? (fixed it but need to compile and check nav file and game play effects). |

Counter-Strike: Source Update Released

Updates to Counter-Strike: Source have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The specific changes include:
Engine
Fixed an exploit that allowed files to be uploaded to the server at arbitrary locations in the file system.
Fixed a server crash caused by a client packet claiming to be an HLTV client when HLTV is disabled on the server.
Fixed a server crash caused by spoofing a client disconnect message.
Fixed a server crash caused by sending malformed reliable subchannel data.
Counter-Strike: Source
Novint Falcon support is now enabled by default. |

Added another video to the Video section. The link to the bug list on the steam forum has now changed, you never know Valve may even start taking notice of it!

Updated the Tutorials section with a few tutorials (shock!). Not a lot of news on the CS front but Valve did sneak out a little patch for CS:S to stop some exploits and server crashes.

Updated the Gallery with some new images and cleaned up the Tutorials.
There is some growing dissent on the Steam forums about lack of updates for CS:S, which I have to agree is a little strange as CS:S is one of Valves top sellers.
You have to ask how could they update the game and keep it still fast and simple.
I say add innocents, poor innocent civilians walking about and the Terrorists could hide in them. Very easy update, and can change the way the game is played without taking the essence of the original game away. |

Updated the Links, Contact and Video sections.
Lots of rumors about a new version of Counter Strike being released, mostly filed by the Counter Strike Online video. Counter Strike Online is an Asian based mod of Counter Strike CZ, with updated maps and graphics to make it more appealing to the Asian market. |
